Successful seminar Posthumus PhDs at Eindhoven University of Technology

On 10 and 11 April 2025, Eindhoven University of Technology was the scene of the second seminar (‘Work in progress’) of the PhD Training Programme for the PhDs of cohort 2024. Thirty-two PhD students gathered to present their minor paper and provide each other with feedback, eighteen Posthumus fellows provided expert commentary. In the afternoon we walked under expert guidance through Strijp-S, the completely redeveloped Philips factory site and had dinner in a former engine room.
We are very grateful to the TU/e team led by Frank Veraart who received us so hospitably. The next ‘stop’ for the students of the 2024 cohort will be the Posthumus Conference 2025 at Radboud University where this cohort will present their research projects through poster presentations.
