Each year around May, the N.W. Posthumus Institute, in collaboration with local organisers of one of its participating institutes, organises the annual Posthumus Conference. In 2022, this conference will be held at and hosted by the Erasmus University Rotterdam.
The conference opens with a keynote lecture by a renowned international expert in the field of social and economic history. Posthumus PhD candidates will present their research papers, which will be discussed and refereed by both their fellow students as well as by Posthumus fellows. Finally, the conference contains plenary sessions focusing on specific aspects of academic research.
The Annual Posthumus Conference is open to all interested, but in case of limited space, preference will be given to Posthumus students and Posthumus fellows.
Exact dates, location, and more detailed info will follow in due time.
